Q: Can I park easily at the shop?
A: The shop does not have parking but we are within easy walking distance of both Waitrose and Tesco, both offer free parking for up to two hours.

A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service which is both skilled and unique in its own right.

A: We do carry a small range of ready made frames in the familiar sizes, however these tend to be more for photos rather than art.
Q: What is you average turn-around time?
A: There is not an easy answer here, it depends on how much work we have in at any one time and also the complexitiy of the work presented. We can certainly advise you at the time of placing an order. Where there is a special requirement to meet a delivery date, for example a special occasion, we will do our utmost to achieve this for you and to date this has always been achieved.
Q: Are you able to provide photo restoration and photocopying services?
A: No, im sorry we dont offer those services, however we can recommend Hetty's Little Copy Shop in Halesworth or Leiston Press in leiston.
Q: Do you offer a passport photo service?
A: We don't but Tesco in the town provides a machine which is meets the requirements necessary.
